The Immedia Round-Up

Uncle Jimbo knocks several things out of the park not the least of which is our concern with the Arab street (which I have long maintained should only concern us if we intend to use it as a landmark for a cruise missile). He also points out the laughability of some of these charges of abuse. Good read. Very good.
BlackFive has a good post up on a planned protest over the mountains from me tommorrow. While I love Seattle, and would REALLY get a kick out of taping this thing, I’m going to have to beg off due to prior commitments, BUT I do have some operatives over there that I will try to press into service.
The Unalienable Right links to a pretty good speech by Bill Moyers. Well, pretty good if you don’t mind cleaning vomit from your monitor (the little corners are the hardest)
Jack Army is participating in “Self-Portrait Friday” which was started by his sister stemily/katyin this post. Here is my entry:

Or maybe this one, (I’m preparing to jumpmaster a mass tac airborne insertion of plastic men, that’s the first jumper I’m holding):

GW links to a post that might prove the myth of teenage immortality to be true.
ROFASix is reporting on the Post Intelligencer spin that preventing women in combat units is “thumbing their nose” at women in the military. The Seattle VA Hospital keeps a copy of the Seattle PI in the latrine, I don’t think it is for reading material either, at least, I’ve never used it for that. Whoops.
My favorite bamapachyderm, Beth is following the developing Linda Foley story, AKA EasongateII. Hey Linda,if the U.S. military were targeting journalists, they’d be dead in big numbers. Kinda like your buddies that were recently holed up near Syria.
It for now.

Hey, you look way better than JackArmy. I think he was adopted.
Having seen photos of both of you, one could make that case
though, in his defense, I didn’t have to stand in my PT shorts all covered with fake blood
I luv seeing pictures of people whose blog I visit.
